SEC Battery Seeks Chief Engineer

Our new Chief Engineer will lead a team of experienced electrical and chemical engineers to develop and manufacture the best new industrial battery technologies for a variety of different applications.

We service a three tiered marketplace, so you’ll be working to supply energy storage solutions for customers from small scale, to more substantive industrial or large scale utility installations in the Telecom, Renewable Energy, Marine and UPS sectors to name a few.

The role requires the ability to assess and refine our legacy industrial battery product lines by optimising our existing manufacturing and quality assurance processes. You’ll also need to think on your feet and always be on the look out for ways to maintain our competitive edge.

With a focus on the swift moving field of industrial energy storage, you’ll carry out initiatives developed by the CEO and suggest and develop your own solution based initiatives as new energy technologies become available.

The growth of renewable technologies means the industrial battery field is an industry poised for massive growth. Hence this role offers exciting opportunities for innovative thinkers. You will need to lead international interdisciplinary teams, overseeing their various projects to ensure the highest levels of competency are upheld.
